About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or book service with EZ JUNKS LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as 1-855-EZ-JUNKS. By booking, you agree to them. We serve residential customers in Northeast Florida.
Free onsite estimates
Booking online reserves an arrival window for a free, no-obligation onsite estimate. When our crew arrives, we look at what you want removed and give you an upfront price before any work starts. If you accept, we do the job right then. If you decline, you owe nothing. Load sizes you pick online are only to help us plan and are not a price.
Arrival windows
We give you a 2-hour arrival window and call or text before we arrive. Traffic, weather, and earlier jobs can cause delays. If we are running late, we will let you know. Please make sure someone 18 or older is on site, or that you have arranged access and approved the price with us ahead of time.
Rescheduling and cancelling
You can reschedule or cancel online from your account or the link in your confirmation email, up to 2 hours before your arrival window starts. After that, please call us. There is no fee to cancel an estimate. If our crew arrives and cannot reach anyone or get access, we may mark the visit as a no-show and ask you to pick a new time.
What we can and cannot take
We haul most household items, furniture, appliances, electronics, yard debris, and non-hazardous renovation debris. We cannot take hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, medical waste, or anything illegal to transport. See What we take for details. Our crew may refuse any item they believe is unsafe.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you own the items or have the right to have them removed.
- Remove anything valuable or personal you want to keep. Once items are loaded, we cannot guarantee we can get them back.
- Tell us about anything hazardous, very heavy, or hard to reach before we start.
- Give accurate contact and address details so we can reach you and find the home.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is finished, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Your price includes labor, loading, hauling, and disposal as quoted onsite. Applicable Florida sales tax is shown on your invoice. You can view and download your receipt online.
Donation, recycling, and disposal
We try to donate and recycle usable items when practical. Items become ours to donate, recycle, or dispose of once they are loaded on our truck, and we handle them according to local rules.
Damage
Our crew works carefully. If something is damaged because of our negligence, tell us within 48 hours of the job with photos and we will work with you to make it right. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear from moving heavy items along the path you choose, or damage caused by items you did not tell us about.
Texts and emails
If you opt in to texts, we send messages about your booking. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Booking emails such as confirmations and receipts are part of the service. You can unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
Website use
Please do not submit fake bookings, try to access other people's information, or interfere with the site. We may cancel bookings that look like spam or abuse. The site content and branding belong to EZ JUNKS LLC.
Limits on liability
To the extent Florida law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under Florida law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Duval County, Florida, unless we both agree to another option such as mediation.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in effect when you book applies to that job.
