Who we are
EZ JUNKS LLC ("EZ JUNKS," "we," "us") is a residential junk removal company based in Florida that does business as 1-855-EZ-JUNKS. This policy covers our website, online booking, customer accounts, and the calls, texts, and emails we exchange with you.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, and email address.
- Job details: your service address, ZIP code, access notes, the items you want removed, a rough load size, your preferred date and arrival window, and any photos you upload.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email, saved addresses, and your communication preferences. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider; we never see them.
- Billing records: invoices and how a job was paid (for example, cash or card). We do not store full card numbers on our website.
- Basic technical data: the kind of information any website receives, like browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule, and complete your job, and to reach you on the day of service.
- To send booking emails such as confirmations, reminders, receipts, and arrival updates.
- To send text messages, only if you checked the text-message consent box.
- To send an occasional follow-up or request for a review. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
- To keep records we are required to keep, prevent fraud and spam bookings, and improve our service.
Text messages
If you opt in, we text you about your booking, like confirmations, arrival updates, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Agreeing to texts is never required to book. We do not sell or share your phone number or text opt-in with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our database and hosting providers, our email delivery service, and our text messaging provider. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our crew, customers, or property.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and invoice records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account and any information we are not required to keep.
Your choices
- Update your contact details and preferences from your account.
- Unsubscribe from follow-up emails with the link at the bottom of any of those emails.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing dawson@ezjunks.com.
Security
Booking data is stored with access controls so that only you (for your own bookings) and our team can see it. Uploaded photos are kept private. No system is perfect, so please contact us right away if you think something is wrong.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will be called out on the site or by email.
